We are excited to start a Boys U15 Select team for the 2025 season. The Cavan Maple Leafs Select team will be participating in a number of tournaments this year. Tryouts will be open to both boys and girls with birth years 2011 & 2012 but the team will be competing in boys division tournaments. Tryout information as follows:

Eligibility - Boys and Girls born 2011 & 2012
- Must be registered in one of the CYSA house leagues
(Cavan, Bethany, Pontypool, Janetville)

Tryout Dates - Saturday March 1 and Saturday March 8
*Must attend both tryout dates*

Location - Pulse Peterborough
1135 Lansdowne St W., Unit 280
Peterborough, ON

Time - 12pm - 2pm
​
Cost - $20/player

Tryout Registration Closing Date - February 22, 2025
In 2018, we started a Roster Select program. The teams play in 3-5 tournaments across Ontario throughout the summer along with the Championship tournament in August.

The Roster Select program allows for further player development and playing in higher competitive environments.

In 2019, Cavan finished 4th in the Championship tournament out of 10 teams from Ontario.
